1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and jililve ("jililve," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://jililve.net (the "Platform").

By completing the registration process on jililve, by logging in to your existing jililve account, or by accessing any feature or content of the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to slot games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and any promotional or bonus offerings. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms that jililve may publish separately.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on jililve, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by jililve.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of jililve or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from jililve or have had a jililve account terminated for a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on jililve. The existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, or any other identifier — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. jililve will suspend all identified duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the player and forfeit associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jililve login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jililve will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your jililve account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jililve support immediately via the live chat function or by emailing [email protected]. jililve will investigate and take appropriate protective action, which may include temporary account suspension pending investigation.

• You must keep your registered email address and contact number up to date at all times.
• You must not allow any third party to use your account to place bets or conduct any transactions.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorized that activity.
• Account balances are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred to another person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jililve are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific deposit and withdrawal limits applicable to each payment method are displayed within the cashier section of your jililve account and may be updated from time to time.

jililve accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability in your region: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may change and jililve does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any particular method.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your jililve account are legally obtained and that you are the authorized holder of any payment account, card, or e-wallet used to make a deposit. Depositing funds from a payment method that does not belong to you is prohibited and may constitute fraud.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed jililve's KYC verification process before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• jililve reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. jililve targets processing of approved withdrawals within 24 hours, though some methods may take longer.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jililve offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• jililve reserves the right to determine which games contribute to bonus wagering requirements and at what percentage. Typically, slots contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — refer to the specific bonus terms for details.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. jililve reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
• jililve reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jililve Platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino products, are conducted by live dealers according to published game rules. The integrity of all game outcomes on jililve is maintained through certified and audited systems.

In the event of a technical failure — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or software malfunctions — during a game round, jililve will investigate the incident and resolve it in accordance with its fair gaming policy. Where a game round cannot be reliably completed or reconstructed, jililve reserves the right to void that round and return the applicable stake to the player.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jililve reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. For sports betting markets, all bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport or event as displayed within the sports betting section.

• Bets placed on events that have already commenced may be voided at jililve's discretion.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on any sports betting market, jililve reserves the right to void affected bets at any time.
• Game history and account transaction records are available within your jililve account dashboard and constitute the authoritative record of all activity.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jililve and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker or other competitive formats.
• Automated play — using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including through the use of multiple accounts, structured low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements while minimizing risk, or any other form of systematic bonus exploitation.
• Exploitation of errors — taking deliberate advantage of any software bug, pricing error, or system fault. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a known or obvious error are not valid and will be voided.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of criminal activity.
• Harassment — engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward jililve staff or other players via any communication channel on the Platform.
• Third-party account use — accessing or operating another player's account, or permitting any third party to access your account.

Where jililve identifies or suspects a breach of this section, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, void related bets and winnings, and permanently terminate the account. jililve may also report the conduct to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jililve Platform — including but not limited to the jililve brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and all other materials — is owned by or licensed to jililve and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written permission from jililve.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any Platform content for any commercial purpose or for any public display.

9 Privacy & Data

jililve collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to jililve's processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jililve implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no system is entirely immune to breach, and jililve cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. jililve may share data with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and in compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jililve's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your jililve account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jililve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jililve has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jililve does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily restrict access. jililve will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

11 Suspension & Termination

jililve reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• jililve is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
• jililve has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity associated with your account.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in jililve's dormant account policy.

You may voluntarily close your jililve account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an account is terminated by jililve due to a breach of these Terms, jililve reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, jililve may forfeit the relevant balance in accordance with applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

jililve is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is no longer enjoyable and is causing you stress, financial difficulty, or relationship problems, jililve strongly encourages you to use the responsible gaming tools available within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits — set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts — receive notifications when your playing session exceeds a time duration you set.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from all jililve services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period selected.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jililve reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jililve will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file, via a notice displayed on the Platform, or both, at least 7 days before the changes take effect (except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction).

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and jililve, you are encouraged to first contact jililve's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jililve is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for final resolution of the dispute.
